pRESIDENT, BETH LIMA
Beth is thrilled to be back this season as President! After three years as Head Coach, she decided it was time to take on something new, but she couldn’t step away from a team she loves so much. She’s excited to bring the same energy, dedication, and positivity to the board that she brought to the pool, while also organizing the crap out of the house. She’s looking forward to another great season with the Wahoos!
Vice President, David Blake
Dave is the proud father of two teenage girls and a third-year member of the Wiesbaden Wahoos Community. He hopes to bring plenty of energy, enthusiasm, and team spirit to the board and onto the deck. When he’s not cheering (or timing) on the pool deck, you’ll probably find him spending time with his family, golfing, or watching baseball.
TREASURER, TONYA RAUCKHORST
Tonya is a third-year swim mom with the Wahoos and is excited to be spending more time with the Wahoos family this season. As a mom and an experienced budgeting professional, she brings a practical, organized approach to managing the Wahoos finances. Her goal is to help the Wahoos maintain a strong financial foundation, while continuing to support the swim community. When she’s not crunching numbers, she enjoys reading, yoga, and traveling!
sECRETARY, SARAH WETHERWAX
Sarah is a 10-year member of the Wiesbaden Wahoos swim community. With one swimmer who just graduated WHS and one who is now a junior, she continues to be an active voice and familiar face on the deck. She currently serves as the Rhineland Division Head Official and has served as the Wahoos Treasurer in past years. Sarah hopes to bring her years of experience in leadership and officiating to foster a smooth, competitive season for all swimmers. When she isn't volunteering on the deck, you can find her out cycling, hiking, or unwinding with a good book.
mike schoch, registrar/meet director
Mike has been with the Wahoos for four years. He’s excited to assume the role as meet director and looking forward to another successful season with the Wahoos!
chris danbeck, fundraising/parent liaison
Chris returns to the board with a teenage son and an amazing daughter on the team for their final season! He hopes to raise lots of cash for the team as the FUNraiser, but his ultimate goal is to be the best parent liaison he can and be available to all of the families on the team. Let’s go Wahoos!
